How we'll work together:

We’ll begin with a free assessment call to ensure this is the right fit for you (this isn't a therapy session)

In our sessions, we'll focus on the present and future, rather than going deeply into the past
-
Using CBT, we’ll gently explore situations that trigger self-doubt or social anxiety, and uncover the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck

From there, you’ll learn to: Respond to yourself with more kindness and confidence; Feel more in control in social situation; Show up more fully as yourself, without overthinking or holding back

At the end of each session, I’ll guide you into a calm, focused state of hypnosis (similar to meditation), where you'll remain fully aware and in charge. Hypnosis helps embed changes more deeply, so they begin to feel natural and lasting
